Scopely released Update 95, "Haven," for Star Trek Fleet Command on September 17, 2026. It is the game's current major update and the biggest Star Trek Fleet Command news of the month. The update adds planetary bases, a new mining-focused Starfleet ship called the U.S.S. Kelcie Mae, and a large rework of Territory Capture resources. It runs as an update arc from September 17 to October 15, 2026. Scopely followed it with a smaller patch, 95.1, on September 25.
Star Trek Fleet Command is free to play on Windows PC, macOS, iOS and Android. The official site offers a Windows download for the PC version, and progress carries across devices through a Scopely account.
What's new in Star Trek Fleet Command Update 95
Haven: planetary bases for Ops 61+
Haven is the headline feature. According to Scopely's feature highlight, it is a hidden world reached through an Iconian Gateway, and it is open to Commanders at Operations level 61 or higher. You first build an Iconian Hub on your Station, then travel through the gateway to start your base.
- The Iconian Gateway sits at the center of the base and passively produces Resonance Charge, a new currency used to buy building shards and upgrade structures. The gateway goes up to level 10.
- An Environmental Stabilizer clears the toxic fog that covers the planet, which opens more space to build.
- The Haven store lists 29 structures in four rarities: 8 Common, 8 Uncommon, 8 Rare and 5 Epic. Scopely's help center explains that Common buildings are cosmetic, while the higher rarities give account-wide buffs.
- Structures feed a Frontier Prestige system that scales with their level. The patch notes stress that buffs only apply while a structure is deployed.
- Havens have server leaderboards. Players at Ops 20 and above can visit other bases, and you can help other Havens up to three times a day for rewards on both sides.
U.S.S. Kelcie Mae
The second big addition is the U.S.S. Kelcie Mae, an Ops 61+ ship built for Territory Capture. Its two abilities speed up the mining of Raw Isogenite and Isogenite Geodes and make it tougher when it defends a Capture Node during a Takeover. The patch notes add 17 new Territory Research nodes tied to the ship.
The patch notes say blueprints come from the free track of the Territory Capture Battle Pass, 50 per pass starting in week 3, and that a full unlock takes four passes. Each time your first Kelcie Mae reaches a new tier, you get a one-time gift of Officer Choice Badge Tokens. Between September 17 and October 15, those gifts also include Cat Spock, Ambassador Spock and Female Spock shards.
Territory Capture changes
- Resource spawns are now capped per type, so high-demand mines should not crowd out everything else.
- Geodes spawn more often (a 30% chance, up from 20%) and are three times larger at every tier.
- New, larger Isogenite nodes appear at every star level, and legacy Isogen was added to several systems.
- Service rotations now change monthly, on the first day of the month, instead of every quarter.
- The Aylus Takeover moves from Wednesday 19:00 UTC to Friday 13:00 UTC.
Other additions
The update adds the Stella to the Independent Archive, with its own progression and rewards. The new Haven Battle Pass includes the Epic Klingon Opera House structure and Resonance Charge on both tracks. New story missions cover the Haven tutorial, the Iconian Hub mystery and the Kelcie Mae. The patch notes also list quality-of-life tweaks and a long set of bug fixes.
Update 95.1 and Alliance Tournaments
Patch 95.1 (September 25, 2026) improved Haven's fog effects and performance, made the structure display and dismantle screens clearer, and strengthened spam detection in every chat channel. It also fixed a missing Exocomp reward in the daily login streak and a freeze during server transfers in Infinite Incursions.
In a September 23 post, Scopely said the reworked Alliance Tournaments would start on September 28, 2026, with another run on October 9. The new version adds Tasks for every Operations range and brings back older "Acquire" Tasks. Scopely also says it will review G6 and G7 material requirements over the next few runs.
What it means for players
If you are Ops 61 or higher, Haven is a new long-term project. It gives permanent account-wide buffs as long as you keep upgrading and keep structures deployed. The Kelcie Mae targets the same players. It takes four Battle Passes to unlock fully, so it is a slow build rather than an instant upgrade.
Territory Capture players get the most immediate change: larger nodes, more Geodes and monthly rotations change how often you need to plan around resource systems. Lower-level Commanders can still visit Havens from Ops 20 and pick up the returning Battle Pass officers. The core Haven feature stays locked until Ops 61.
What's next
The Update 95 arc and its tier-up bonuses run until October 15, 2026, and the next Alliance Tournament run is set for October 9. Scopely has not officially announced the name or date of Update 96.
